Promotional Video

There are different types of promotional video and here we discuss which one may be right for you or your organization. One of the best methods for getting your message to the marketplace is to attach your message to a cause. This cause is normally either well-known or a very specific niche cause that will viral easily. What you will do with this cause is create a documentary associating yourself with the solution or as a longer-term part of the solution for the problem presented in the video. The effect or impact of these videos can be astounding while creating the promotional video itself can be extremely reasonable. Learn more about creating a documentary.

For all of our promotional video packages, we use award winning and experienced directors who will provide you with amazing footage and then we will work to package it and promote it either through direct distribution or as a syndicated effort. The sky is the limit, but we also want to be realistic when it comes to production and distribution. The first step is to determine the type of video that is right for you and get you into production.

Promotional Video Types

Trailers

Aka Previews, Teasers, Trailers and a couple of other obscure names, Trailers are designed to entice people to events. These are between 30 to 120 seconds long and are heavy with editing and motion graphics. Because Trailers are extremely labor intensive, they start at $5,000 and go up from there, but the results are truly amazing. Learn more

Promo Videos

What the name implies, these are promo or promotional videos. Promo videos are short to medium films designed to promote. Short Promos are between 30 to 60 seconds long and start at $3,000. Full-length Promos are between 3 to 10 minutes long and range from $7,500 to $15,000. They are lower key and designed to present a product or service in a more business to business or “professional” environment. We have to be careful when describing promo videos because the differences between these and other video categories are subtle. Learn more

Infomercials

Infomercials are a special breed of advertising. We have all seen them. As Darth would say, “Resistance is futile.”

These spots vary greatly in range and pricing so you will have to discuss quotes with a representative. While the formula is similar across most infomercials, the time, motion graphics, onsite / studio shoot and personalities involved are all over the board and there are quite a few questions we will have to answer before we can provide you with an out of pocket cost. Documentaries

Documentaries are exploding and a lot of people are asking why. A documentary does several things for you either in your profession or in your passion, or perhaps both. When you create a documentary, you are showing the world that you are an expert in an area. In addition, you are promoting awareness in the documentary subject matter. As an added bonus, you are developing relationships with each and every person who views the documentary with two of the strongest bonds that can exist – a visual stamp of you or your company and a shared mutual interest that you have in common with the viewer. Documentaries start around $25,000 and go up from there depending on the needs and complexities of the scenes. Learn more
