Affiliate Terms and Standards

To maintain the integrity of our Proshark affiliate program and ensure mutual success, affiliates must meet the following requirements:

General Requirements

• Active JVZoo Account
• All affiliates must have an active and verified Affiliate Manager account to participate in the program.
• Application Approval
• Affiliates must apply to the Proshark affiliate program through the appropriate Affiliate Manager. Approval is subject to review.
• Agreement to Terms
• Affiliates must agree to Proshark’s Affiliate Terms and Conditions, which include ethical marketing practices and adherence to applicable laws.

Marketing and Promotion Guidelines

• Prohibited Practices
• Affiliates may not engage in any of the following:
• Spam emails or unsolicited messages.
• False or misleading advertising.
• Use of Proshark branding in domains or social media handles without written permission.
• Paid search campaigns bidding on Proshark-branded keywords or direct competitors’ names.
• Approved Marketing Channels
• Affiliates may promote through:
• Blogs, websites, and landing pages.
• Social media accounts.
• Email marketing (with proper permissions).
• Paid advertising (excluding Proshark-branded keywords).
• Content Standards
• Promotional content must accurately describe Proshark’s products and offers. Misrepresentation of pricing, features, or benefits is strictly prohibited.

Compliance and Ethical Standards

• Compliance with Laws
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR, and FTC regulations, when promoting Proshark products.
• Prohibited Content
• Affiliates may not promote Proshark on websites or platforms that include:
• Adult content.
• Hate speech or discriminatory content.
• Illegal or unethical activities.
• Transparency:
• Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Proshark, as required by FTC guidelines.

Performance Expectations

• Minimum Sales Requirement:
• Affiliates must generate at least 1 sale within the first 30 days of approval to maintain active status.
• Activity Monitoring:
• Proshark reserves the right to review affiliate performance and activity. Accounts with no activity for 90 days may be deactivated.

Payout Terms

• Payment Schedule:
• Commissions are paid based on Affiliate Management standard payout schedule and terms.
• Threshold:
• Affiliates must meet the minimum payout threshold set by Affiliate Manager.
• Refund/Chargeback Policy:
• If a refund or chargeback occurs, the affiliate’s commission for that sale will be deducted.

Program Termination

• Violation of Terms:
• Affiliates found violating these terms may have their accounts suspended or terminated without notice.
• Right to Terminate:
• Proshark reserves the right to terminate an affiliate agreement, program or any affiliate structure at any time for any reason.

Support for Affiliates

• Affiliate Resources:
• Approved affiliates will gain access to marketing materials, banners, email swipes, and detailed product information.
• Affiliate Support:
